| I have been lurkin for a while and hope to pickup on some good tips. I am going to upgrade my brinkman water smoker for an offset this summer and look forward for tips on getting the most out of it. |

Where are you from, there is a guy here that makes offsets out of 20 inch sign pole. Is that what you are looking for?
