I'm cutting a deal with the pup. He gets first pick and I get the rest.
Looks real good, post more pic when you finish it off. |

| That dog was actually the last one of the litter. He has a long story, too much to type but I can tell ya, I wouldn't trade him for anything. |

| Yeah, it worked out real well. People showed up as the ABT'S were done, then we moved on to the sausage, then the wings, then on to the ribs, which I over cooked. After that, everyone was full so I pulled and kept all the butt meat. Not to shabby there my friends. Man do I love a good BBQ. The only part is the cleanup and being burnt out and hungover the next day. Yeah well, I'll do it again next Sunday! |

Lookin' real good. You know, if my invite hadn't got lost in the mail you wouldn't have had all that butt meat to deal with _________________ ~Joe

great looking grub you got there. One question though, I thought I read somewhere on the forum about cooking chicken over other meats.
I don't know the answer so I am just currious.
Thanks,

| I never heard any feedback about cooking chinken above other meats. Didn't hurt us any? Tasted good too. |
