| I have a chance to buy a New Braunfels offset smoker. I know at some point Charbroil bought out the company and cheapened the smokers. I am going to look at it soon. How can I tell if it is the better quality of the two? Did Charbroil manufacture theses with the New Braunfels logo? |

| I know they were quality pits when they were New Braunfels Smoker as I have first hand knowlege having visited thier facility and producing stampings for them until late 2005. They were very well built. |
