How long at 225?? I wanted to try tonight but it its over 4 hrs I wont have time??

After reading all I can on here and searching let me see if I have this right.

Steps:

- Roll out aprox 1 lb of ground sausage
- Spread what ever stuffing you like ( cheese / pepers / etc...)
- Roll into a log
- Wrap completly with bacon...tooth pick or don't your choice!!
- Smoke / cook
