Hello All,

I'm excited to be on this board to share and learn. I'm a noob. I've been grilling for a long time, but got into smoking about a year ago. I have a Weber Bullet. Tried about a dozen or so recipes, with various woods (hickory the family favorite). I use Kingsford for my coal.

Thanks for the kind welcome everyone. I will be sure to post some pics in the future.

I should of taken some this past weekend of the ribs. Hickory smoked in the bullet for 4 hours. I tried something new. Slathered them with some bbq sauce and gave them a few mins on the grill.
