Beertooth You Dog!

I thought Enchllades. Just made a bunch of smoked brisket enchillades and they came off great..

Pulled pork potpie,We make singles in soup bowels with Janes pie dough and they fly out the door.Pot pie My favorite.

Pork, sundried tomatoes, bacon, artichoke hearts,cheese.. Bring that bad dog cooker to 450 and toss them in 12 minutes done.

Lasagna,also awesome.

Sometimes I get soup bowels. I hate that. Don't know that it's ever flown out the door, though. That's powerful! A little pepto usually takes care of it.

Hey sounds and looks great, there must be other recipes.
Mix into cornbread batter, pulled pork meat pie, pulled pork pasta, burritos, tacos, etc, scrambled eggs, pulled pork and cheddar spring rolls.... Laughing

jawquin - Thanks!

SierraScott - Sounds good. Bring at least a 6 pack for me. Smile

American West - On my way! Grab a half rack of some good Ale.

Whitey - The smoked brisket enchiladas sound great and the pulled pork potpie sounds even better. Gonna have to try it.

mwillis - I usually have soup bowels after a long night of cheap beer. Laughing

Pigslips - Thanks. Yeah, pulled pork goes good in a lot of things. Smile

Brinnie - You are far too kind. Thanks!

morick - Thanks. I might do that once I get it tweaked just right. This was a first for me.

Lawdy, that looks great! I like taking the leftover PP and some jack cheese, putting them into wontons and deep-frying them. Some dipping sauce, and they make some nice snackers.

Robert, those enchiladas look delicious Very Happy I love them when Mrs. K.A.M. uses left over pork or chuck. Plated up with the lettuce on top, that pic has made me hungry. Nicely done Smile

Actually we've mentioned Enchiladas' every time here when someone asks about PP leftovers so great minds think alike.

We take leftover from one contest, cook them up and take to the next one for Friday night dinner. Go's best with homemade salsa (ask Scott at little pig town about the salsa, he wanted to marry my wife for it and said so in front of his wife)

LordCindersoot - Thanks. Wontons sound great!

Wyrman - Laughing Doing a little fishing?

Canadian Bacon - Thanks CB. I do need to do a PP pizza. I LOVE pizza!

Jeepdad - Thanks. No recipe really. I just bought 2 cans of enchilada sauce, cheese, tortillas, onion. Heated the PP, added in some enchilada sauce and cheese and onion, put some of that in each of the warmed torts. Into a casserole dish, poor on more sauce, add more cheese. I crumbled a few cheese crackers on top.

It took all of about 10 minutes. Smile Definitely a recipe I'm gonna work on!

k.a.m. - Thanks. I think it's because of Mrs. K.A.M that I did these. I've seen her post them more than once. I love a nice big pile of shredded lettuce on them.

SmokinOkie - I have been meaning to try these for a long time.
