I love to grill. I had a cheapy gas grill I bought from Home Depot that was stolen not long after I purchased it. I am starting to think it was a sign. I purchased a Weber 22inch kettle instead of reinvesting in a gas grill. It has been all over since. I smoked a few butts and ribs by using the trial and patience method. I recently purchased the smokenator (Which I found through this site) and life has been good ever since. I look forward to lazy Sundays laying around watching sports, NASCAR and Football, and smoking some awesome food. It does take time and practice but the end results are well worth it. If I could do this for a living I would. And who knows, maybe one day I will. Life is good.

I have a weber kettle too and love it. Looking forward to seeing your kettle and smokenator in action.
