I just had a customer come into the store and explained to me how to make really good ribs.

Slow boil them, place in fridge to cool and then microwave and baste with sauce.

I just laughed and said its a shame to F*$& up some good meat like that.
He said he has to watch his cholesteral and that gets all the grease out.

I also asked him the difference between a slow boil and fast boil. lol
