Need recipe for Garlic Bologna

I have Bigwheels recipe for Bologna, thought I would just add some garlic to it unless someone has a better recipe.

The recipe I have attributed to Bigwheel already has garlic in it but I think you could always add more.

When using fresh garlic I like to use one garlic clove per pound of meat and pass it through a garlic press.

If you're making a large batch you could always do as Bigwheel has suggested in the past and use the minced garlic from a jar.
