I'm looking at different cure ingredients from different suppliers for example: Butcher & Packer has a brown sugar cure and the directions for use say "Use 1 pound of cure per 1 gallon of brine at 20% pump".

Calll me stupid, but what does .... "at 20% pump mean"?
