This summer I was in fla for a week or so and I have been exposed to a Spicy Remoulade dipping sauce. I have to say it is probably the best dipping sauce i've ever had. I've done several, several searches on the web and i've found some recipes but I wanted to try my luck on the smoke ring first. You guys make great food.

FYI, The restaurant I ate at in daytona beach was called River Grille On the tomoka.

I was dipping everything in that sauce, it is sooooo good

Try New Orleans for remoulade.

2 hard cooked egg yolks, sieved
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tbsp. horseradish
Dash of Tabasco
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
salt and pepper, to taste

Found several recipes out there on the web, they all seem to be variations of this one.

The best remoulade I've ever had was at Tujaque's in New Orleans. Now. that is classic old N'awlins cooking. MMMGood Exclamation Very Happy Very Happy
