Hi from Pennsylvania

Hey all! My name is Ed and I live in Gilbertsville, PA (about 30 miles NW of Philly) I enjoy grilling and smoking. I have a Weber Silver B Gasser and a Char Griller Super Pro w/ SFB. I just bought the CG and am struggling a bit from it. I had a WSM but wanted more real estate. So before I run out and spend the dough on a new 22 WSM I am modding the CG to try and eleviate some issues.
