It's a beautiful day here in the upper 80s with a slight breeze. Just put the loins on. I split that monster in half!
Some of the ingredients waiting to be stuffed as well as some sides stuff too.
Split it up.
Walnuts, dried sweet cherries, tart whole cherries, and cherry mustard!
Mmmmmmmmm!
Waiting to be smoked with some pecan wood.
Give up yet?
Nice war room k.a.m.! I love it!
blowing smoke is that a loin or a McDonalds McRib....?

There is some great smack talk taking place! 
Getting the ABTs ready for action (also using red peppers). I'm using pulled pork not lil smokies! After all we are Men Of Pulled Pork are we not! That's right is anyone else working PP into the menu. Didn't think so. Rookies!
Sides on deck! Baked taters and baked carrots with maple syrup and other stuff.
About 1.5 hours in. Notice all the ABTs under there too!
Once I add that cherry glaze at the end you guys will be driving up to join me for chow!
I had to hold Dirtbag back I thought he was going to rip into that sickly little piglet Blowing Smoke has.
Dirtbag is talking big smack.
I agree Oregon Smoker....send K.C. Hawg some exlax it will cure that problem!
It want be long!
