Nice lookin spread you got there k.a.m. It all looks good. Mrs K.A.M. sides look great as always. I gotta try scotch eggs. I think you may have scared whitey with that game face!

I used the ET-73 on the nine pound butt Sunday and it worked well. I like that it has a clip and probe for the temp at the grate. It is a nice piece of gear.

The only thing I didn't like is the on/off switch on one of the handhelds you have to remove the battery cover to toggle it on or off. Glad to help anytime.

Great job on the pork and the sides as usual.
I think you should start designing side boards for your plate.
I have been noticing they are getting higher and higher.
Heck around here we can usually get a heck of allot
more coal on the tri-axles with side boards.

I didn't Q on my father's day, drove home from vacation, got home and made some appetizers in the kitchen. quesidilla, tex-mex meatballs, and nacho a cheese dip. Total prep time 15 minutes, cook time 15 minutes. all from stuff in the fridge. |
