As I was trimming 6 racks of spares down to st. louis style I began wondering if I could use all the trimmings to make a breakfast sausage? I know they make good cook's treats and can go in beans but I can't eat that many treats and we don't make beans all that often. Sooooo, I've got pork fried rice coming out of my ears at the moment. Just wondering if next time I'm trimming I could use this stuff for sausage. Of course, if I can, that means I gotta get the stuff to actually make the sausage, which I will work on learning later down the road. Thanks!!! _________________ 22.5 WSM
