I learnt how to tune my offset, smoke butts, ribs and standing rib roasts with no disasters thanks to all your your collated knowledge. Not to mention recipes to smoke things i never even dreamed of. Sounds like a winner website to me. Thanks to Y'All.

My friend got me thinking about BBQ but this site has given me bug. I get great advice, more mays to cook everything than I thought was possible and enough ideas to keep me busy for a long time. Wonderful job everyone.
