new to this place and hope to get some usfull info from all of u!we just relocated to texas from minnesota via las vegas,nv!i have been cooking since a kid and did 9 years in tha kitchens of planet hollywood,famous daves,grizzleys,asia grill(lee ann chin),knotts camp snoopy and primos!

That's cool voodoo. Looks like you can add some value yourself in terms of all the commercial kitchen experience you have.

I went to school in San Marcus. Great little town (at least it was back then...little that is). I am sure it still is a cool place to hang. And the chick to guy ratio was 3:1. LOL. It took me about a half second to select SWTSU as my school of choice. Damn I can't believe I made it out of there now that I am thinking about it.

Anyway, welcome to the forum. Hey, you're pretty close to a pit builder...New Braunfels Smokers, or something like that. Also, you're basically in the heart of "pretty good barbecue" land. You'll probably figure that one out pretty quickly.

Take a float down the river for me this summer, will ya?

I haven't completely figured out the picture thing. The last time I posted one it was about 20 feet x 20 feet. LOL Lots of scrolling to see the damn thing.

Anyway, I know of the name change. That's a good move. Maybe even more hot chicks will go there.
