Does anyone know about cooking with wild cherry trees?
I have a friend that is cutting 4 of them down, and Im wondering if it would be ok to smoke with it. Thanks |

| No send them all to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But really yes they are excellent for most everything, OK to mix in a little hickory oak or mesquite for more robust flavor but you can never go wrong with the fruit woods. |

| Are they actually fruit bearing cherry trees or are they cherry blossom trees? If they are cherry blossom trees you do not want to smoke with it. |
