mobile truck is almost done everything is lookin good.but i will not be cooking in this truck with smoker that will be done at shop.how can i get some good aroma in the air without draggin a smoker along everywhere i go? any ideas would be great.

I've never done it, but I hear that a potpourri pot with liquid smoke in it does the trick.

Like we used to say at the motorcycle shop "fake it till ya' make it"! Cool Laughing

If you plan on being in the same location all day, a WSM (or even an ECB) with a small fire and some hickory chunks would also do the trick....................

Sounds like BBQMAN is on the right track. A small cheap
unit with some unseasoned wood might work.

I agree with Mike, pick up an ECB cheap.

Use lump and a few chunks of wood...

I'd throw a fatty or something on from time to time...
