Hey guys, I am on the verge of opening my second place in Shanghai (Bubba's Texas-style Bar-B-Que) and have started talking to the Alto Sham folks about their electric smoke and hold ovens.
I opened the original Bubba's with a Southern Pride BMJ350, which has served us well. It's a great smoker basically.
Anybody have experience with the Alto Sham product line? _________________ Bubba's BBQ Shanghai, China

I met with the Alto Shaam folks this past Thursday for my new restaurant. I use the Ole Hickory ED/X model but they did try to push that unit on me. I'm looking at their Combi Ovens as well as their hold cabinets. Great products. |
