Finally got around to joining this great forum board. Its great to be here with so many barbeque experts and fans. Our team makes our competitive debut this May in Minnesota. We cook with 3 WSM's and one Weber kettle, so we'll be going up against teams with bigger equipment. But we are pretty happy with our Weber equipment and get good results...with a little wind protection, we can keep the cooking going all winter long here in Minnesota!

Welcome Aboard. Come on in, the smoke is fine. Great people in here that know Q.
I am in White Bear Lake. I have seen a LOT of people smoke better Q on those WSM's than with any other equipment. It's not the cooker, it's the cook!!!!!
Was going to MN in May, but ain't too sure now. I smoke about 3 times a week, so I don't need no stinkin' comp. (just kidding)
I may stop by and just take a look at all of you guys wanting to stay up all night to Q, though.
