Hi
I'm pretty much new to bbq and smokeing., but I've been grilling for the last 30 years.
I have an older than dirt webber kettle, a monster gas grill, and Cheapo Brinkman charcoal smoker and Smoke Hollow electric smoker. Between all of these, I manage to keep busy.
I'm not a purist or heritic but somewhere in between. I just enjoy cooking some good meat and fish and am always looking for better or new ways of doing that. I love making marinades and rubs and cooking slow.
I'm heading out salmon fishing again in about a week so I should hopefully be all stocked up for another year. I have yet to smoke fish, but I do have a killer marinade for grilling it. |

| Welcome. a lot to be learned here, pretty much can get the answer for anything. I am in Wisconsin also, and have Smoke Hollow gasser I bought at Gander Mountain in Wausau, but I remain mostly an offset guy. |
