| I was considering selling BBQ at local farmers markets and was wondering if anybody had an ideas or advice about what worked for them. Thanks for an help |

We sell pulled pork sammies and by the lb. ribs, hot
dogs, hamburgers, fries, and at times funnel cakes

Check the threads and my website. I started at a market in January. It will also help your catering business if you have one.
Start out slow and adjust quantities and ratios to meet demand.
