| Can't decide whether to buy 3 counter top warmers or 1 three hole steam table. The counter top warmers are cheaper! I have a small BBQ joint that I open on Friday & Saturday. Any insight would be appreciated |

| We initially bought a 3 bin steam table and as we expanded added 4 table top units. If you have the power available I would use the table top models. They get up to temperature quicker and hold better once there. With the steam table you have approx 1500 watts total for all 3 wells (~500w per well element). With the individual ones you will have between 1100w to 1500w per well. So you have more heat available. The down side is you will be pulling more wattage and amps with the singles. So what you are plugging into needs to be considered. |

If you're in the game for the long term, go with a steam table. _________________ Somewhere in Kenya...a village is missing their idiot. |

| You should look at the Alto Shaam hot wells that do not use steam. That is what I am going to use in my restaurant. |
