I saw this advertised here on the Smoke Ring Home Page.

My favorite store bought hot dogs have been ( Nathans).
So they get my vote.

Id like to see the results if anyone can post them when the time comes.

Whats your favorite?

Hebrew National or Sabretts get my vote.

Shalens are one of my all time favorites, but are only available (I think) in the upstate NY area.

I used to buy from a local butcher, coarse ground all beef. He went out of business and I haven't been able to find them anywhere.

Sabrett's all the way. I love Nathan's, too. I grew up eating Sabrett's from hot dog carts downtown (NYC).

Hebrew National - recently became a fan.

Actually, now that we're empty nesters we hadn't stocked hot dogs at the house for multiple years. Happened to pick up a package on HNs at Sam's about a month ago and have been keeping them in stock ever since. They make staying on my Adkin's program a little easier if I'm just needing that quick snack.

IMHO, beat the dickens out of Hormel, Oscar Meyer, Ballpark, & Bar-S
