i just got back from vacation in Hawaii where i met a guy that also smoked on a traeger. during the discussion he mentioned this website, so i thought i would check it out.
anyway, i cook on the traeger lil'tex and love it! i mostly cook brisket, chicken wings, whole turkey, venison, and a few different things like biscuits and pizza (both turned out excellently).
anyway...i look forward to learning some new recipes and just chatting it up!
and if you are the guy i talked to in Hawaii...then aloha! |
