Hello all,
I've been smokin for 4 years now and have learned almost everything about smoking right here. You guys are great and so willing to share' thanks. I have a Oklohoma Joe offset and it works great. I was planning on doing a smoked meatloaf (yummm) this weekend. Some one here posted a recipe for meatloaf with a tomato relish to go with it. I have searched tis site for three days and can't find the recipe. It was here over a year ago and i don't know if the search goes back that far. Does any one remember it. Thanks again for all your help over the years |

Thanks SoEzzy,
I was starting to think it might be that one because I could't find it here, my brain thinks I got the recipe here but I guess not. Thanks again. By the way if that is the one it is really good on the smoker |
