Hi DoctorGrill
Here is the recipe for Najad smoked salmon
smoke it for 3 hours 160F with alder
Najad smoked salom sides then you cure the salmon for 2-4 days and smoke it for 3 hours at 160F with alder .

The cure is per 2 pound Salmon
1 tablespoon seasalt
1/2 tablespoon sugar
10-12 white peppar korn
Alot of dill
Crush the withe peppar and mix it with salt and sugar. Put a thin layer with mix and the dillstam under the salmon (skinside) and the rest of the mixture on the meat side with alot of dill.
Some people put pink pepper, chilli or garlic on it. its just to test what you like.

Here is the salmon cured and laid to rest for Thursdays smoking. Some is for co-workers and some is for future customers Smile. This time i tried some with dry chilli and garlic and one with pink pepper

Now the smoker is loaded with salmon and some cheese. I had to do a change to the smokestack otherwise ive died from smokepoisening under the tent Smile.

Here is the finished salmon. The smoked cheese i have to learn more to do so no photos of the vulcano exploded cheese Smile . So this is the last posting for this smoker. Next project is going to be a RF Vault. So the project i started a few days ago have to wait. This have been a nice project to do and the outcome been better than i tought (long project beacuse of my lazyniess).
Missus was so happy when i left it for paitning she already plained where i should put in garden so it dosent destroy the look of the garden Smile here happy thougts Mine are near the beer and the soffa thats the best place Smile. (I had to give up my plans She didnt like it in the livingroom :)She complined that it smelled Iven after i put up 20 wunderbaums Smile
