J.O.
I will do some christmas ham in it and some other good stuff.
I have to find some oak wood for the burn.

GreenSmoker
We have a big market here every summer so maybe I smoke some meat and sell here.

It was funny today when i fired here up I have never seen car drive so slow on the road here. Everybody slowed down and looked at the smoker Smile

Here are the handles mounted.

Also found a company that will paint it for 900$ with tax or 450$ without tax so i think i take the 450$ Smile . I dont need a dog Smile ( Tax is a dog in Sweden. In english the dogs name is dachshund )

Thanks.
Thats why i took me almost 2 year to build it (about 6 month building, 6 month thinking and redesign it and 12 month of lazyines Smile )
Thats best part building with steel if you dont like it cut and redo Wink
Be my guest to use the handles design Iam glad that i can give some back to the board here.

Skaningen, love the imagination and personalization of that smoker. The paint is sweet as well. I am glad it smokes as well as it looks. Enjoy and Merry Christmas.

Here are the food that came out from the first run of the smoker. (Had a few beer yesterday so i fall asleep after the food was ready;) So i have to upload the pics today instead.

A rainy and windy day so i had to build a shelter for the smoker.
I did it 6.30 in the morning it was dark when i did it. It looked good then Smile

The (nice) build
Before

After

Christmas ham and Boston butt

Before smoke

After

Salmon and herring salt cured before

After

Najad cured salmon

After

Big differens in tast to smoke with wood like i do in the new smoker or with coal and put in some wood in it.
Taste is much better when i smoke with wood. So my new build family smoker is going to be fired with wood Wink

Told my wife to take some salmon with here to work today and let here co-workers taste it and take orders for christmas Smile
