New to BBQ

Hey everyone,

I'm new to the board and new to smoking. I got a great deal on a smoker from a guy at work. Its home made and sits on a tandem axle loadmaster trailer. I'm hoping to make some money doing this and am looking into what I need to be legal. This is a great site for info.

Yesterdau I lit it off for the first time. I was really impressed. I did a butt and it came out awesome. I'm doing a friends retirement next weekend and my son's birthdat the following. I'll be sure to post some pictures. (you guys will love this thing).
