Had no beer, so i'm trying cherry coke instead. Rubbed with allspice, adobo, paprika, brown sugar, ground mustard, cumin, and montreal chicken seasoning.[img][/img]

HAD NO BEER! HAD NO BEER?, never heard of such a thing, keep posting pics and feedback, i' curious, i'm doing a "beer can" chicken today as well.

about 1 hr in...added white corn wrapped in applewood bacon(at woman"s request)

it's still cookin...cooking low and slow just to experiment. Im working on call 24-7 right now b cuz i had to fire one of my employees, so no beer for me. My woman is more of a shot person...
