| hi everyone i am totally new to the BBQ world. I just bought a SS Bradley smoker today and i cant wait for the weather to break so i can use it. |

Welcome to the forum biederman. You mentioned the weather. Where are you from? I think you'll find after a while that you'll be smokin' no matter the weather. _________________ Love the voodoo that Q do.

| i am in Arvada wich is a suburb of Denver. I would probably be out there but there is some pretty nasty winds out. I was having a hard time keeping the heat regulated earlier while is was seasoning my smoker. But i too am sure that wont slow me down in the future. I have been reading up on recipes and thinking about it all night. |

Welcom Aboard. Great people in here and some of them (not me) really know how to smoke and we will share our experiences with you and you do the same.
I lived in Aurora for 20 years and that's where I learned to Smoke!!!!
Now live in mn. Smoke when it's cold and windy. Hell Ya!!!!!
