hi everyone i am totally new to the BBQ world. I just bought a SS Bradley smoker today and i cant wait for the weather to break so i can use it.

i am in Arvada wich is a suburb of Denver. I would probably be out there but there is some pretty nasty winds out. I was having a hard time keeping the heat regulated earlier while is was seasoning my smoker. But i too am sure that wont slow me down in the future. I have been reading up on recipes and thinking about it all night.

Welcom Aboard. Great people in here and some of them (not me) really know how to smoke and we will share our experiences with you and you do the same.
I lived in Aurora for 20 years and that's where I learned to Smoke!!!!
Now live in mn. Smoke when it's cold and windy. Hell Ya!!!!!
