I must admit that my second favorite food passion next to bbq is mexican food. Last night I cooked up a batch of tacos and made some of Mrs. K.A.M's fresh pico. They were deee-eee-licious!

Nuttin' to it. I cheated on the taco meat and seasoned with Tones Taco Seasoning. Added shredded cheese, taco sauce & pico. I used Mrs K.A.M.'s pico recipe found here http://www.thesmokering.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=23945
I also used fresh corn tortillas and fried them into taco shells. Makes all the difference to me...
