well started this week on the step van conversion to the bbq truck .everything going pretty well due to my background as a rv tech in a past life .this truck will be setup as a satelite unit from my raunt we will still smoke all our stuff at raunt package it up and heat and serve out of truck with bunch of other items. would like to find out what types of small rotisserie rack smokers that use propane assist not looking for large unit already have a big southern pride. just trying to get some ideas.
