Took a little longer than expected but it turned out great.Will try to have some pictures up in a while.Just a question regarding smoke temps.
Will the butt become to dry if I finish it with 275 to 300 degrees for the smoke,after I hit 170 with the meat? |

| I've been using kickasssbbq fast method at 350 degrees and it turns out great. |

| Congrats on the success on your first butt. Yous should be fine finishing it at the higher temp. |
