Put a 8 pound butt on the offset around 4 this morning as that is what mother in law requested for dinner. Put on a pan of baked beans around noon and just put on some ABTs for appetizers. Wife is making the usual sides and everyone is in the pool. Life ain't too bad.

Ribs were absolutely spot on, the BEST ribs we had ever eaten. The WSM really does more for flavor than the Electric Smokehouse I have been using for sure. Not to mention, the smoke ring looks quite delicious Razz
