Very Happy BIG success yesterday, (2 ) 9lb pork shoulder shank end, 11 hrs at 200- 225 deg., yeah buddy, started them too late for dinner last night, but lunch today sounds like a plan, wish there was a Pro. game on to enjoy this with.. soon enough. pics included i hope[/img][img] [/img]tis a good thing. Very Happy
