daboom - how do you like the All-Star? I'm looking for a new smoker and I'm seriously considering the All-Star. If you don't mind me asking, how much do they cost? That's about the one piece of information that I haven't found out about them.
Thanks. |

So far so good! It's is really user friendly with the built-in drain valve and ash dump. The fire box uses quite a bit of wood or charcoal to maintain a constant temp, but then again we're still learning each other!
I paid $1000.00 for mine which included the cover.
Let me know if you get one so we can trade info!

Thanks for reply and info on the All-Star. I'll be sure to get back to you so I can learn from a current user.

my All-Star will be arriving tomorrow!
the feedback i've gotten from other owners of All Stars and Pit Bosses has been all positive.
i think they've only been selling smokers under the name ABS for ~4 years now, but the owner of the company has been making units for 20+ years.
my first burn is scheduled for Monday. I'll post a followup after that. |
