I got email from a buddy of mine that just got back from vacation, he says he has a T-Shirt and some other liquid trinkets for me. He says I owe him a rack of ribs.I fired the offset and warmed it up too 240 degrees and threw on 2 racks of Back Ribs and I threw on a pork roast that I used for pulled pork.Ribs went 5 hours ,no foil.I brushed them up with some Head Country BBQ Sauce in the last half hour.Loaded up the foil container with both racks of ribs and half the pulled pork and a container of Roxys Mustard Sauce. His wife loves the Mustard Sauce, she is from N.C. I will meet them tomorrow at the local watering hole for the exchange. .

Thanks Guys....I used the Southern Succor Pork Rub and it does have a lot of paprika in it, combined with the great color of Head Country BBQ sauce that I brush on during the last half hour of cooking, brings out a nice color on the ribs, makes for a great pic. _________________ Horizon Offset (Marshall RD Special)

Those look unbelievable. If they only taste half as good as they look they would still be fantastic. Great job CB. |
