| Transplanted Arkansan living in NYC for 26 yrs. Started with Weber Smokey Joes and moved on to bigger Kettles and finally got my WSM ordered this year. Thinking of switching to a Hasty-Bake for grilling purposes. Space is at a premium, of course, but good living is the priority. Have a small roof deck where my girlfriend grows tomatoes while I tend the fire. Classic cocktails and fine bourbon take the edge off. I've made use of the forum in the past and thought it was finally time to join up. Looking forward to doing a lot of smoking this summer and learning a lot from the folks here who are in the know. |
