heres the deal i have .have my little bbq joint does okay but have a unique oppurtunity.we live in a very rural area not alot of tourist through this area but we do have a area of about 240.000 acres were people ride 4 wheelers trucks etc.it is free and is a big local draw on weekends and holiday weekends they come from out of our area and the place is packed. where you go into this area is ten miles from closest store for beer cigs food ice etc. i want to set up a mobile rig to service this area .i do not want to buy another smoker and set up out there to do this iwant you my exsisting smoker and just set up and sell i have vast knoledge in rvs and trailers so im not worried about keeping food cold and warm will just set up a rig about like my shop only smaller using generator for power and also propane.my thing is how do you guys do it ? surley you not smokin your meat pullin and prepin when you guys get to a festival ? do you have your meat ready to go and just heat as needed ? do you have a smoker going just for the aroma in the air? just trying to figure this all out before proceeding.this would be the first step towards a concession trailer type biz to expand my exsisting biz.thanks for any input.

A big question in my mind is, "how long per day do you plan on being on site?" Will this be a two hour session, four hours, 8 hours?

So you are talking setting up a "mobile store" not a "mobile bbq"????

Those things are only so big so not sure you could offer both..
