Hello, my name is Jason and I live in Montgomery, Alabama and have lived here all my life. I love to grill and am going to start smoking very soon. My main goal in smoking is to create a near perfect smoked Boston Butt. Very Happy

My hobbies include cooking out and college football. I love my Crimson Tide! I love grilling steak, pork, burgers, chicken, and even some seafood now and then.

I have never smoked anything before, but I have recently doing research on some smokers and will be purchasing one soon. I hope to learn a lot on this forum and look forward to talking to alot of you and learning from some serious cookers. Smile
