I finally grilled up some of the Chipotle/Cheddar and Mozzerella/Pepperocini brats i made a few weeks ago. They were far better than i expected.

Thanks guys...they were very good. I made some Jamaican Jerk brats Saturday. Havent tried them except for the sampling to check for seasoning. Ill letcha know how they turn out.
