| Hi, I'm Mark from Maryland. I'm an enthusiast and a lurker, and am enjoying all the recipes and ideas on this forum. I currently have a SS Charmglow 5 burner gas grill and want to get a smoker in the not to distant future. I do a little bit of indirect smoking using the foil packet method and it works OK, but not as good as charcoal or wood by itself. I guess the tradeoff is the convenience. Thanks for all the info and I hope to contribute occasionally. |
