Just wanted to say hello..... Have been reading this forum for quite a while.... Looking forward to being a official member now.... Looking at starting a part time BBQ Business in the near future. Will probally be picking yalls thoughts.....

Come on in, the smoke is fine.
I have been here for some time and the folks are great and really share their BBQ knowledge.
Me? I have screwed up the last 2 smokes I have done and decided to quit drinking!!!!!

Palm..don't know your name, but yeah, Don was a great comedy actor..helped make Andy, and the following shows a classic....just was kinda weird on 3's Company  although being around those hot babes...I woulda been a bit off the normal area myself!!  |

DOC 1680....... Still trying to profect my Que.... Working mostly a niche now.... My specialty is Pork Chop sandwich..... Also offer a Chicken sandwich..... Served individually or on a plate with Baked beans & Potato Salad....
