Thanks k.a.m. for the Simple Green tip....I think I have some in the garage will give it a try.

Mrs. Jeepdad’s Coffee Cake
¾ c. sugar
1 ½ c. flour
¼. c softened butter
2 t. Baking powder
1 egg
½ t. salt
½ c. milk
filling:
½ c. brown sugar
2 t. cinnamon
2 T. butter (softened)
2 T. flour
Mix ingredients for batter and spread ½ in a 9X9 pan (greased), sprinkle ½ of filling over batter, then add the rest of the batter and top with remaining filling.
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
Double this recipe for a 9X13 pan.
Enjoy! |

Jeepdad, can you update this post and fix the measurements? Some of them are showing up as a box now instead of the amount.
