manifold system to six 3/4" pipe burners with vinturis. the two inch elbows are vents, which are good enough to keep the coals in good shape but not enough supply to keep the gas burning if you shut the lid. but tey sure light up the charcoal in a hurry and in a pinch with the lid cracked open they burn true.
under the charcoal grates and on top of the burners are 2" angle deflectors
the pipe burners with holes drilled every 1/2"
the other side is the offset smoker, no tuning plates. i placed my exhaust stack 6 inches from the bottom, there is a 5-10° difference between left to right and about a 15° difference between top and bottom shelf. no hot or cold spots. |
