Now I'm curious...What diameter is your chamber? Almost looks 36" but hard to tell...Firebox?

What kindof cooking capacity do you have? It looks giant!

diameter is 41 inches, fire box is 41"wide, 24"deep, 30" tall.

I can load the back part with around 45 brisket flats. this last weekend i turned it into a grill and can grill 150 ribeyes at once. we ended up cooking around 350 steaks on it. the front upright smoker wil hang 100 pounds of sausage easily or 15 briskets. it just keeps growing. but i am about to axle out.\

i think if i lined my fire box with some of those fire bricks it make a big difference. other than that she is done. thanks for the comments, she is big but she is pretty versitile and easy to operate.

Wow! Nice. Mudflaps too!

What's going on inside? It looks like quite a propane setup. Do you have tuning plates? That's way too cool not to give us MANY more pics. How do those slide out tables nest?

thanks for all the comments. it is big but not un-manageable. i can get some more detailed pics of how the swing out shelves are cradled, so far no problems. the propane manifold assembly is mainly for a speed up charcoal starter and back-up heat. this morning we cooked 500 ribeyes and 360 hotdogs in 2.5 hours. i got 80 lbs of charcoal started and the grill to 425° in 30 mins. on the offset side i dont have the right air flow. it was uneven at 325° and 375°, will have to make some adjustments there if i keep doing these feeds. plus it was 35° heavy snow and 7000 feet above sea level. i am more of a low and slower but we are learning.

some detailed pics of the swing out shelves.

they meet together in the middle and are secured with a sliding bolt.

with the bolt slid back they are both free to swing out

in fullout position they secured with another slide bolt

hinges both up and down for level and in and out.

they are handy in or out depending on whats going on.
