| Will co-packers take your sauce and put it into packets like Famous Daves and other chains have? I want to do this for my to-go orders as well as catering. |

Sure you can find SOMEONE to do this for you.....for a price. When places like Famous Dave's and other chains do this they no doubt order MILLIONS at a time to get the price down to a price they can operate under.
For a small town caterer.....not so much |

What's wrong with using small disposable plastic ramekins like the ones used for salad dressing? _________________ Jimmie Ohio

I have been talking to Bobbees Bottling out of NC and he told me I could get everything from packets all the way up to 50 gallon drums of my sauce. Of course I am sure there is a premium when they have to do ind packets. So far they have been very nice to work with in the early stages of getting my sauces bottled. _________________ Sam Diggity's BBQ

Labeling is the big issue. |
