I'm looking for a smoker for catering and am currently looking at the Old Country (found the link here) BBQ smokers out of Laredo, Tx..... any one know of them or have any experience with them? Question Laughing

Talk with Travis Creek (on this site) before you spend any money. he owns Diamond Plate smokers and may fix you up with a better smoker.

Gotta agree with the Bate's or Gator pit suggestions... best smokers for the $ out there... IMHO.
